With Level 5 Management and Leadership, Sophie has a wealth of experience in training and working alongside teams to coach, mentor and support individuals in personal development and wider organisational re-structuring.

Sophie can deliver a range of training programmes bespoke to organisational needs; with experience in Forest school neurodiversity and inclusion, child development, nature-based play, setting up and improving your site - spaces by design, Risk Assessments, activity ideas; including Forest School, policies and procedures, event management, consultation, community engagement, team building, vision Casting, recruiting and retaining volunteers, outdoor mental health strategies, Eco-therapy and outdoor therapeutic practice.
